Request a 10-tag pilot
Ten pre-encoded on-metal tags for your next ten jobs. Your name and number on every entry. See what a documented house feels like in a week.
📨 Request a 10-tag pilotWhich phones can read the tags?
iPhone XS and newer read a TradeTag™ in the background — tap, notification, page opens. Android phones read tags natively with contactless reading switched on. Nothing to install on either.
What if a phone can't read a TradeTag™?
Every tag ships with a printed QR code that opens the exact same link — same page, same house record. Older phones scan instead of tapping.
Who can see a house's record?
Whoever is standing at the house with the tag — that's the point. There are no public listings and no cross-house browsing; data is stored privately, and the record belongs to the house, not to any contractor's silo.
What does it cost?
The tags themselves are commodity hardware. Platform pricing depends on whether you're a contractor or managing a portfolio — request a pilot and we'll size it with you.
Can a tag be erased or rewritten?
No. Every tag is programmed by TradeTag and permanently write-locked at the chip level before it ships — the link can't be erased, changed, or re-pointed in the field. The record never lives on the sticker either: entries are stored on the platform with timestamps and attribution, so a damaged or swapped tag can't alter the house's history — a replacement tag simply points back to the same record.
How long does setup take?
No programming needed — tags arrive from TradeTag pre-encoded and locked. Stick one on the panel door and the first tap sets up the house: name it, optionally pin its GPS location, done. About a minute per door.
